10th Mortgage recently funded on the purchase of a new home for Mr. "H".  He was able to come to closing with very little money for closing costs, as our Down Payment Assistanc eprogram covered the down payment.  Congratulaitons Mr H!!!

We financed a client's purchase of commercial real estate.  But there came about a big need to close quickly.  So we closed in 5 days, and because of that; we had to finance an additional Mezzanine loan to bridge the gap in down payment needed.  All funded in house, and our client is super happy!

A client came to us because of the usual bank issues; they said yes and they couldn't close.  The client was in a pinch and we were able to provide $500K cash-out, and close without an appraisal in a little over a week.  Great job to the 10th Mortgage team!!!

We provided a flexible short-term Fix & Flip loan to a first-time real estate investor looking to renovate a duplex. Quick approval and funding allowed the buyer to secure the deal and complete renovations ahead of schedule for a profitable resale.
