We financed a clients purchase of commercial real estate.  But there came about a big need to close quickly.  So we closed in 5 days, and becuase of that; we had to finance an additional Mezzanine loan to bridge the gap in down payment needed.  All funded in house, and our client is super happy!

A client came to us because of the usual bank issues; they said yes and they couldn't close.  The client was in a pinch and we were able to provide $500K cash-out, and close without an appraisal in a little over a week.  Great job to the 10th Mortgage team!!!

We provided a flexible short-term Fix & Flip loan to a first-time real estate investor looking to renovate a duplex. Quick approval and funding allowed the buyer to secure the deal and complete renovations ahead of schedule for a profitable resale.
