Access Underwriter services may charge an upfront fee, and charges related to Underwriting, Appraisals, and Research. Once Client has cleared through our Loan Structure process, he/she is free to go to any bank and pursue the loan. If Client chooses to utilize 10th Mortgage Lending for the loan, all prepaid fees and costs will be credited at closing, which will involve paying a reduced fee for loan at closing.
